Each item is made by myself in Yorkshire, and quality checked before being dispatched. Due to the nature of handmade products, not one item is the same, therefore, each item is unique and made just for you.
I try my hardest to make each photograph and description, the truest representation of each product to ensure that you know exactly what you are purchasing. However, due to the nature of the wool, colours may appear slightly different to how they do on the screen.
D E L I V E R Y A N D S H I P P I N G
Please allow 2-3 weeks for all products to be despatched. As soon as the wool arrives at my door, I create each one of your products and package to be sent out to you as soon as I can, therefore, the delivery may be earlier than this depending on demand.
If you are in desperate need for your product before the 2-3 weeks, please email me firstname.lastname@example.org and I will see what I can do.
Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is accurate as I will not be liable for your parcel being shipped to the wrong address.
All shipping costs are included within the price of each product; therefore, the price you see is what you pay. No added costs at the end of checkout.

As each order is made to order, refunds are not available. If, however, you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason then please do not hesitate to get in touch. I want you to love your hand knitted products as much as I do, so please let me know if they’re any issues.
I will not accept enquires to a refund due to change of mind or lack of care.
Please read the care instructions for more information and the care instructions which are sent out with your parcel before using.
For your product to have a long life, it will need to be cared for.
If there are any faults with your products, they will need to be returned for inspection in its original condition, unused and with the labels and packaging.
You will have 7 days within receiving your order to contact me regarding the issue with your product.
